This skull is ready to shine! Literally! This week’s skull makeup is created by, Jordan Liberty. A high profile makeup artist on YouTube. His look is called “Diamond Sugar Skull”, which is inspired by Day Of The Dead. His unique sugar skull look is intertwining the use of color, flowers, glitter, and rhinestones (gems). This artistic sugar skull incorporated great use of purple, black, and silver.
The final look of this makeup is very simple but the glitter and rhinestones really make the finished look feel elegant and dazzling. It’s a beautiful look to try out for Halloween or to celebrate on the Day Of The Dead. The best part about having it be simple, on the makeup area aspect of the look, is that now anyone can feel beautiful and confident in achieving the look. Also by making the look achievable for all levels of makeup lovers, it can inspire people to try different possibilities in creating their own unique look as well. Liberty has done a great job of creating such a successful piece for other makeup lovers or artists to try. I can’t wait to try this look myself!
