The New Futuro Road to College Workshops are a quick course that will inspire Latino students to pursue a post-secondary education.  This bilingual  family program will be held in different places in Chicago and around the state.

The New Futuro Workshop will give families all the inspiration and tools they need to go to college and beyond:

  • The free three-hour workshop will help families understand how to prepare, apply, and pay for college or other post-secondary options. (Each parent and student will be given a 50 page guide in English and Spanish to help them track their progress).
  • The program will be bilingual, fun, inspirational, interactive and easy to understand. The workshop will include small group discussions and facilitators will instruct to a variety of learning styles - visual, oral and written.
  • It will cover topics such as financial aid, FAFSA completion, ACT/SAT, college admission, and much more.
  • At the end of the workshop, families will leave with a specific action plan that they can follow to help achieve their goals.
  • It has been designed by experts and is supported by nationally renowned advisors.
  • $1000 scholarship raffled at each workshop.

Our website consolidates and translates all the information students need to finish high school and continue into college.

We need your help getting the word out to parents and ensuring that we provide these free bilingual resources to as many families as possible.

Enclosed please find the links for reservations for our 10 Chicago region workshops     Parents and students can sign up also register  by calling 1-800-789-0050.

Thank you so much for your help and I look forward to working with you.
